Southpointe II now contains 600,000 square feet of Class “A” corporate office space and a new hotel.  Other parcels are available in various sizes, featuring protective covenants and a great location for corporate headquarters.  The cultural center of Southpointe II will include a theatre and amphitheatre.  A traditional neighborhood design will make The Villages of Southpointe II easy to enjoy all the comforts of home in one very desirable location.  Various home designs will be available including single family, cottage, carriage and town homes.  The Marketplace plan calls for up to 375,000 square feet of destination retail, dining and entertainment.
