Cool Valley
Cool Valley is a 900 acre mixed use park currently in the planning phase. The development is located near Southpointe and will continue the momentum of economic growth in Washington County.
Phase I of Cool Valley is slated to begin in 2013 with the development of office space with supporting restaurant and hotel uses. When complete it will house businesses that employ approximately 8,000 people, in approximately 2,250,000 square feet of office space ranging from Class A office condominiums and flex/offices warehouse to 800,000 square feet of retail, hospitality and medical space. It will also have and estimated 1,400 residential units ranging from multi-family live/work townhomes, condominiums, apartments and single family residences.
Cool Valley is being developed by T&R Properties.
