Speers Industrial Park

Speers Industrial Park, an 80-acre site, is located in the Borough of Speers, Washington County.  The business park is situated in close proximity to Interstates 70 and 79, the riverfront and rail service.

There is a small amount of land available for sale, existing buildings for sale as well as building space to lease in the Speers Industrial Park.

The Middle Monongahela Industrial Development Association manages the park.
